New Entry! Huzzah!
Well, I wasn't kidding when I said I'd be taking this blog down. I didn't submit any new entries for a month, and voila! -- no blog to read. Which isn't exactly the same as taking it down, but, well, no one who counts is counting.
But as I said, this blog is officially taking on a new form. "You mean a new style? Because it sure looks the same." Yes, yes, that too, but all good things in time, my friends. Although I can't really vouch for that, either, because I don't really have much optimism as far as how interesting this blog will be to any of my previous readers. Did you know I was regularly getting 80 unique visitors a day? I only know of three friends who even semi-regularly check this space, so that was a big shock (of the "Reverend Jim" variety) to me. That means at least 77 random people found my rantings and ravings interesting enough to check up on me. That is encouraging.
Question is: just who will be interested to find out what I have in store next? My guess is that it's going to be about, say, 2. Yes, even counting the 3 friends previously. While many blogs start out as personal and then move to have broader appeal by branching out into political discourse, I'm doing it the total back-ass-wards way. I don't give a shit if this doesn't make sense to you, because I've had fame, baby, and it ain't as sweet as you thinks it is. But seriously folks, tip your waitresses.
